Find a song (search) — to choose it double click (left) or click right and choose download — make sure it’s above an average rating, when you have all songs you want click on transfer and when they are down loaded you can clear the idle ( you chould see all the icons easily) . when they all download and you clear the idle you can find them in library! ( under audio, or video , or what ever the media is that you have chosen!if this still isn’t clear, and you need more help, email me and i’ll help ya!

Answer by JIM
Ares is a torrent site. Music downloads from torrent sites are illegal because the site has not paid the mandatory fees that legitimate sites, like iTunes pay.
In addition, some new artists starting out and looking promising are quitting the business because of the hoard of teens stealing music on the Internet. Do teens really and honestly believe that music artists do it for fun? It is their professionhttp://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=Aj_LS8c2DB2cFyX8mVRtr.Dty6IX;_ylv=3?qid=20090820185139AAHpHDx&show=7#profile-info-4hwwmNxeaa

Concepts NREC to Represent IOSO Across the Globe
Posted on August 31st, 2011 No commentsConcepts NREC to Represent IOSO Across the Globe
White River Junction, VT / Moscow, Russia (PRWEB) August 15, 2011
Concepts NREC, a world leader in turbomachinery design and development, engineering, design/analysis software and manufacturing, announced today that it has entered into a distributorship agreement with Sigma Technology, international provider of design optimization software based on original IOSO technology, to represent IOSO across the USA and around the world. The direct software interface between an advanced, well-proven optimization code (IOSO) and an established, broad array of design and analysis turbomachinery codes (Concepts NREC), provides designers with a seamless way to increase the efficiency of their turbomachinery designs and systems.
“Adding IOSO to our product offerings will provide a powerful optimization tool to work within our comprehensive Agile Engineering Design System®,” said Dick Keiling, President of Concepts NREC. “We’re excited to partner with Sigma Technology and bring this winning combination to the broad range of projects and market segments with whom we work.”
“We are glad to sufficiently reinforce our presence in the USA and the global market cooperating with our trusted partner Concepts NREC,” said Ivan Klochkov, Director of Business Development for Sigma Technology. “Along with the increase of the power of computer hardware and the popularity of network distributed calculations, the role of optimization has been rising rapidly. We are confident that it is the right time to offer powerful optimization technologies to high-tech industries.”
IOSO is a multi-disciplinary design optimization software developed by Sigma Technology. It is used to improve the performance of complex systems and technological processes and to develop new materials based on “what-if” scenarios for arriving at optimal parameters. The Agile Engineering Design System® is the only commercially available turbomachinery design and analysis software that encompasses the complete engineering design process. Integrated elements of the system include preliminary design, detailed design, and sophisticated analysis tools which include rapid Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Rotordynamics. The Agile Engineering Design System also includes specialized five-axis machining software and smooth transfer of data to computer-aided design (CAD) packages.
Jointly, IOSO Optimization used with the Agile Engineering Design System suite of codes, gives designers of turbomachinery the ability to generate and evaluate many thousands of “what-if” design alternatives across all technical disciplines within turbomachinery stage and system design. The application of rapid and integrated, comprehensive design analysis and optimization tools enables the data to be exported to manufacturing within days rather than weeks or months.
About Sigma Technology
For more than 25 years Sigma Technology has developed and implemented highly efficient methods of improving complex technical systems. The company started by assuming that the existence of mathematical models (no matter how complete and accurate they are) and engineering applications (no matter how powerful they are) are not enough for the successful design and modification of modern engineering systems. To create competitive alternatives, it is necessary to integrate mathematical models, actual prototypes, or engineering applications with the engineering exploration methods inside a unified “optimization environment.” Sigma Technology has developed the unique technology of nonlinear multidimensional optimization — IOSO technology (Indirect Optimization on the basis of Self-Organization). Sigma Technology is located at Electrozavodskaia St., 20, Moscow, 107023, RUSSIA. Telephone: +7 (495) 788-1060. For more information, go to: http://www.iosotech.com/index.htmAbout Concepts NREC

LoyalNation?s Seven-Step Approach to Employee Engagement Provides Road Map to Productivity for Companies Focused on Manager and Staff Success
Posted on August 27th, 2011 No commentsLoyalNation’s Seven-Step Approach to Employee Engagement Provides Road Map to Productivity for Companies Focused on Manager and Staff Success
Charlotte, NC (PRWEB) July 28, 2011
Rewards and recognition company LoyalNation has released a White Paper laying out the seven steps companies should take to generate the kind of authentic employee engagement that delivers heightened productivity and increased profits.
Authored by LoyalNation CEO Dave Schroeder, the 1,700 word document frames up the essential elements of LoyalNation’s focus on improving the level of engagement its client companies have with their employees. Using multiple research and media sources, “The Ultimate Guide to Engaged Employees” also explains the rationale for each step with emphasis on the critical role of managers to make the program effective.
“It is important to provide companies with this insight into LoyalNation’s approach to helping those who believe in their people but can’t find an employee engagement system that works,” said Schroeder, the former Bank One, Wachovia and HSBC executive. “We have a proprietary technology applicable to large and small companies that rely heavily on their workforce for day-to-day successes. It is designed to generate enhanced customer service, staff creativity and incremental sales. ”
The White Paper can be downloaded at http://www.LoyalNation.com. Its core principles are the driving force behind LoyalNation’s web-based P.R.I.D.E. Platform TM (Promoting Recognition and Incentives to Drive Engagement) technology. The program enables a company to establish a Facebook-like environment where employees can be recognized and materially rewarded by managers and co-workers. Points redeemable for a wide array of merchandise, incentive travel, logoed business gifts or a simple thank you are among the available options. Managers and employees alike use the social media tools, which encourage and facilitate true employee involvement.
LoyalNation recently formed a partnership with renowned author and employee engagement expert Dr. Paul Marciano to broaden its services to businesses seeking to reward and incentivize employees, customers and dealers. Dr. Marciano is the author of “Carrots and Sticks Don’t Work: Build a Culture of Employee Engagement with the Principles of RESPECT” (McGraw-Hill Professional Division, 2010).
The seven steps comprising “The Ultimate Guide to Engaged Employees,” including a brief description, are:
1) Start at the top: Executive Buy-In and Manager Development – An authentic advocacy of leadership and daily execution by managers is key and it requires a conscious acknowledgement of the importance of engaged employees.
2) Tell the Story: Deliver the Message with Clarity of Purpose – Consistently communicate to your employees the values and strategies that the organization needs to be successful everyday.
3) Seek Out Active Participation from the Employee: Goal-Setting and Participation -Engagement is accomplished though shared accountability with the employee.
4) Connect the Dots: Networked Relationships – Create a platform for interaction, collaboration and recognition across boundaries of departments and geography to encourage engagement and innovation.
5) Share The Love: Recognition – Install a systematic reward and recognition program to support strong employees and encourage improvement in others.
6) Don’t Show Them the Money: Non-cash Incentives – Non-cash rewards are a powerful tool because they allow the recipients to openly discuss their rewards and those rewards have trophy value.
7) Listen to What Works and What Doesn’t: Feedback and Measurement – Feedback on managers and programs allows the organization to chart progress, analyze and adapt.About LoyalNation:

Pedata RV Center Forecasts RV Sales and Rentals Continuing to Increase Over the Holidays
Posted on August 25th, 2011 No commentsPedata RV Center Forecasts RV Sales and Rentals Continuing to Increase Over the Holidays
Bellingham, WA (Vocus) September 2, 2009
The National Park Service’s ‘fee-free weekends’ made motorhome travel even more affordable. For the 63% of RVers who claim visiting National Parks is top on their list of travel stops, their summer fun helped save even more money and most likely contributed to the rise in RV rentals this summer. This winter, it looks like RVers will be hitting their RVs once again to visit families and take vacations.
A recent Good Sam Clubs Member Survey showed 71% of RVers will not let the economy interfere with their plans to travel over the holidays. 81% of those said they will travel the same amount or more than the previous year. “We’ve been seeing the economy start to come around and RVers are confirming that,” says Clint Ethington of Pedata RV Center.
While RVing is a more cost effective way to travel than paying for airfare and hotels, RVers aren’t cutting costs on decoration. Over a third of RVers hang lights, put up trees and turn their RVs into a moving holiday. Having the comforts of home while traveling make Christmas feel special no matter where you are.
“It makes sense to us,” says Ethington. “RVers love their lifestyle. Not only does RVing become part of who they are, but being an economic way to travel, it’s not something RVers are willing to give up easily.”
